For visitors to this website we process nothing more than is needed to show the page. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising networks.

If you send us a message via the contact form or the reporting point, we process your name, e-mail address, organisation and the content of your message, so we can reply.

If you use the platform, we process the data that goes with a transfer: file names, technical metadata, who uploaded or downloaded a file, and when.

Files and data are stored on European infrastructure. That is a deliberate choice: it keeps us in control and keeps our platform secure and stable, whatever happens in the world.

We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you and to keep our records in order. We keep files according to the agreement with the customer they belong to, or until they are deleted.
